Boulevard Realty Supports Community Home Tour
Houston, Texas (March 22, 2011) — Boulevard Realty is once again demonstrating its interest in the communities it serves by providing the head docents and staffing the home located at 3008 Morrison during the Woodland Heights Home Tour on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 25 -27, 2011. Boulevard Realty’s support involves a monetary donation as well as a time donation from the firm’s community-minded Realtors who stepped forward to serve as docents during the tour hours.
Serving as co-head docents during the tour are Cathy Steward and Shilpi Khirwadkar. Cathy has been repeatedly honored as a top producer for Boulevard Realty. In 2009, she was the Top Producer for the year. Specializing in Houston’s inner loop neighborhoods Cathy makes the buying and selling process fun and educational for her clients. Shilpi, a recently licensed Realtor, says she has quickly learned the importance of listening carefully to clients’ and their wish lists before presenting options as far as homes and neighborhoods that fit their home-buying needs.
In addition to the normal Saturday and Sunday home tour hours, Woodland Heights Home Tour has a special preview opportunity and neighborhood party on Friday, March 25. Attendees can tour the six homes at their leisure and without waiting in line from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. while enjoying wine and cheese at each stop. Then head over to beautiful original William Wilson home at 530 Byrne for the preview party. The party will feature delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres donated by area restaurants, libations including wine, beer and soft drinks, and music.
