Boulevard Realty Holds Annual Meeting, Recaps 2010
Houston, Texas (February 10, 2011) — Bill Baldwin, broker/owner of Boulevard Realty, hosted the company’s annual meeting on January 11, 2011, and presented a recap of the year to Realtors and staff, beginning with the statement, “The year 2010 was an exciting year for all of us in the real estate industry!”
Baldwin continued the meeting with details about many challenges the company and Realtors had to face, as well as the multitude of opportunities. “All in all, April 2010 was the best month ever recorded by the company, and we ended the year with $120 million in sales, which is a 25% increase in volume of sales, and ahead of projections,” he commented.
When looking back on the many accomplishments of 2010, a few that stood out in Baldwin’s mind were the name change and rebranding to Boulevard Realty, the publication of two company magazines, the production of a new website, the acquisition of new equipment, the accumulation of paperwork into one location, and the addition of several new Realtors.
In addition to recognizing the top producers of the year, Baldwin thanked each of the Realtors for their efforts during 2010, and encouraged everyone to keep up the momentum going into the New Year. “We have created a highly respected residential real estate firm because of our stability and the success of our Agents,” he noted.
