FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent by Texas Monthly Magazine
Houston, Texas (March 22, 2011) — Bill Baldwin, Sandra Gunn and Jaye Tullai of Boulevard Realty were recently awarded the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent designation for 2011 by Texas Monthly magazine, based on nine criteria.
The FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent designation begins with surveys sent to recent homebuyers in the Houston region, readers of Texas Monthly, plus mortgage and title companies. Each respondent evaluates their personal experience with the Realtor(s) based on customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation, finding the right house, marketing of the home, and overall satisfaction. Realtors in good standing with the Texas Real Estate Commission are then placed on a final list, which was reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel of local real estate industry experts. Panelist comments were incorporated into final score for each Realtor to determine who would receive the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent designation.
This year’s list of honorees represents less than seven percent of actively licensed real estate agents in the Houston region.
A list of all Realtors awarded the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent designation for 2011 by Texas Monthly magazine will be published in the April edition of the publication.
