Houston, Texas (March 22, 2011) — Bill Baldwin, broker/owner of Boulevard Realty, announced the addition of two Realtors to the firm’s Houston office at 1545 Heights Blvd.
Kathleen Powell joined the Houston office with more than six years experience in residential real estate. She has vast professional knowledge and negotiating skills in resale and new construction transactions. Regarding her background, Kathleen states, “My experience in the Information Systems field helps me tremendously in real estate. I know how to find the information my clients want, which saves us both valuable time and money.” Kathleen specializes in historic homes in the inner loop neighborhoods.
Jaye Tullai is another recent addition to the Houston office. She moved to Houston in 1997, and become involved in renovating bungalows in the Heights and Montrose areas before transitioning to real estate five years ago. “I was delivering a contract to Boulevard Realty and felt so at home, I thought to myself this would be a wonderful place to work,” she commented. Jaye specializes in near town areas such as West University, Southampton, Montrose and the Heights, as well as other inside ‘The Loop’ locations.
