Marketing your property for sale is more than just listing it on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and waiting for the phone to ring. While that would be nice, it is usually not reality. In order to get the highest price for your home in the least amount of time you need maximum exposure. Marketing your home in the best way possible generates maximum exposure, which brings the largest number of qualified buyers, which in turn brings the most offers so you can choose which one puts the most money in your pocket. Your home is marketed not only by the internet and the MLS, but also via word of mouth, phone, social media such as facebook and twitter, my real estate blog, discussion at weekly sales meetings, and open houses to other real estate agents (broker open houses) and buyers (public open houses).
One of the most important aspects of marketing your home is feedback and communication. Behind the scenes I will continually be calling agents to request feedback and communicate this back to you so that you know exactly what buyers think about your home.

Cynthia was born in Texas City (as that was the nearest hospital at the time) and grew up in Friendswood. She received her B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M. She has her real estate broker’s license, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRE). A resident of the Houston Heights, Cynthia is married to a real estate attorney/developer and they have two sons.
